Just reading recovery can vary from several weeks to 12 months depending on how bad it is.

Had the same injury myself in my playing days. It’s very painful and mine was only a small laceration and bad bruising of the kidney. I missed the rest of the season which was 5 games, but it hurt like hell for maybe 2 months. I didn’t need surgery and it healed normally.
Hope Sharpey is ok , and the injury is not too bad and he can maybe return after the next bye.
The observation is they wait till you stop pi**ing blood and start pi**ing normally, and do scans to ensure any bleeding has stopped, or they may need to do surgery

Honestly didn't think dom played out of his skin. He caught a pass and put the ball down. Did anyone see when they scored that long distance try? They got past dom and he gave up. He's supposedly one of the faster players in the comp?

I reckon he is unfit! Seemed gassed when turned to take off

Another attacking master-class last night by the phins. Coupled with how they played the three weeks before they played us last week, I think it shows just how well we performed and particularly defended in Perth.
