NRL Round 14 - Knights Vs Storm - 6:00pm Friday, 5th of June - AAMI Park

Klein having a shocker. Knights are still in this, but can't the turnovers given Klein is calling a fairly one-sided game. Ponga should be in to him as the walk off.

There’s not a single fibre of my entire being that can explain how much I dislike Ashley Klein as a referee.

We’re still in this.

This ref is so ****ing ****, the day he retires the league world will rejoice.
Never seen such drama over a 2-1 penalty count (to the other team) and 2-1 set restarts (to us).
Havent watched the game then, like many here like to say, the stats can be deceiving

A clear sin bin on Munster, the shallowest ten known to humankind, 16 penalties that haven’t been called, leading to the Storms second try in our set just before you could easily give 4 penalties just there.

Clear foul intent when we did get the six agains near the line, should have been binned

People who act like this is normal have zero clue at all

Think we are all feeling how they are at the moment.

Think they need to get into Holbrook and keep a level head. We are the better team here. Just need to keep our heads in the second half and not let the calls get to us.

Easier said than done. But those 2 sets after Munster gave away the penalty. We should have been scoring there and getting the last laugh.

Munster trying to fuel his team and fire them up. And it worked. We have 2 poor sets. They score. (Albeit with a questionable build up).

This game is there for the taking and I reallllllly hope we do.

I do like our desperation in D, and the intent when sliding in the line to stop their attack. Need the same efforts in the second 40.

Agreed. Better side making some dumb decisions. Plus Klein really handed Melbourne that one

Far from clinical even when we had the ball but not upset with the performance given the circumstances. Melbourne aren't the absolute juggernaut of previous years but they've turned up to play, and plenty has gone against us. Hold the ball and we win, I reckon.

Left a couple out there already with the Hunt/Marzhew combination (or lack thereof).

I’ve been in and out and haven’t been able to watch it all. I did get to see the whole Munster dog shot and shirt grabathon though.
This is why we needed the biff. He wouldn’t be such a grub if there were consequences. Pulling a dog shot like that then getting the **** punched out of you for your effort isn’t the best idea. All banning punches has done is make cowards relevant.

I'm out and unfortunately having to watch it with no audio on a big screen.....from what I can see it looks like alot of BS going the way of Melbourne.

Looks like if we get enough ball we can score more than enough points to flog them

Does Warbrick score if Ponga doesn’t do his shoulder charge thing?

Does that constitute a penalty try?

Just asking for a friend…

Sincerely, Devils Advocate.

Edit: oh ****, Braith bringing it up. Shoot me now.

Edit 2: ok, so he contacts the ball. All g! Carry on.
