It’s hard to imagine a team being worse than the Titans and Dragons, but The Bye does a pretty good job at handing teams an easy two points. They might even liquidate soon.

At this rate it will be the timing of the bye. Whether they can get a team off a shorter week, or longer travel with a few missing troops. I wouldn't put the Titans the same in the same group as the Dragons, I think they've had a dig at times. Dragons just have the losing mentality inside the locker rooms. Reminding me of our 2016 team, just too many blokes who should have been taken out the back and put down.
Teams like the Eels, Bulldogs and Storm shouldn't be losing to them either, even on an average day.
