But I did notice that he consistently failed to engage the D line when running shape. If he is carrying a soft tissue injury on his side or his back (the part of his body exposed to first impact when digging into the line) it'd make sense why he was leaving an extra metre/ half-metre before contact.

I see what you are saying but after watching the game again I reckon he was either running or trying to give early ball for kp or the right edge to do something!
 
Jesus that sounds bad. Any idea what the reaction was from? Something he ate? Titans trying to poison him? Have I asked too many questions?

No way he would have been allowed to play a day after a full anaphylaxis reaction.
I imagine he had an allergic reaction to something and was monitored and observed in case he had anaphylaxis.
Anaphylaxis is a near death thing, or even death if untreated, and you need to have a full medical check up if you have it, to see if there's any long term damage, and that takes more than a day.
