NRL Round 11 - Knights Vs Titans - 2:00pm Sunday, 17th of May - Suncorp Stadium - MAGIC ROUND!!!

Mate, we all know we were riddled with injuries to key players. That’s why it spins me out heaps of pundits had us spoon or bottom 2 side this year.

Don’t have to be a genius, a side with Ponga, Brown, Sharpe, Best etc are not a bottom team. But Hollbrook has been a somewhat a revelation. Thought he was good but crazy how fast he has turned this side around.

Look at the Tigers, they were killing it, but now injuries to KEY players let’s see how they go.

I did see a fox ranking of off season recruits that had Brown at nine and Daniel Atkinson at 2. After the Pac Championships. We aren't dealing with any genius here.

Don't think I can recall a time on this forum where we fans have spoken this way about our prospects for a win in the week leading up to the game.

Not that the confidence is unwarranted. But just interesting. Dont recall it ever being that way under Bennett, at any point.
Not just us fans Les

New coach generally means abit more leniency. Plus everyone is happy with the brand of footy we’re playing. Our ball movement and speed across the park just happens to suit the new rules as well.

It’s great to see some optimism around the place.

I’m sure we’ve been confident of beating the team running second last before.

Has there been any more info on Browns legs injury that Toohey alluded to?
I went back and watched the 5 mins before he went off and there is nothing that could of injuried him there plus when he went off he wasn’t limping at all
You would assume if he was he would of went up the tunnel instead of sitting on the sideline and then walking around with the boys after on the field

I am expecting a good first and second half effort for once.
First try in 5 minutes.
Sharpe, DylBro, Young and Ponga to score tries.
Marzhew for a double.

They won't roll over as easy as the Dragons. People called that a danger game, this is more of a danger game I reckon. They are a bit of a bogey team for us, they've beaten us a few times when we should have won!
I went and excitedly watched them at CBUS last year with the family. 🤦🏼 I just kept telling the kids, “they are usually better than this! 😨😆

reckon this will be a close game and the titans will be up for it after what happened last week, field will be a wreck on sunday so wouldn’t be surprised if this game gives me a heart attack

I’ve seen enough for this side at full strength that we are at least a top 8 side. They will put a clinic on again, I have no doubt about that. Last, now second last team this week. Comfortable win for us again.
