I genuinely don’t think I can watch another game this year, and never missed a game during the 3 consecutive spoon years.

Yeah thats a fair counter, Marzhew should be taking those carries though, he offers nothing outside that. I guess it allows our middles to play the first 30 and win the middle (which we did).
 
I don’t really care much anymore about results for rest of the year as after tonight that’s our season shot

So they may as well drop underperforming players and just blood young guys for thlike rest of the year and see what they can sjow

It’s worked for the likes of Broncos,Dogs & Raiders in last few years. We have a fair few locked up for next 3 years so start getting McEwen,Francis Manuela, Hopwood,Bryan, Jonea etc into the side and let them get the reps in for next year.

Send Cogger,Brailey,KPP etc back to NSW cup for a reality check for a couple of weeks and let some young guys just rip in

We no they can’t really do any worse and they may actually out perform these higher profiled players and get some energy into the team.

Too many players staying in the side on name/reputation and not on actually earning it.

No. if you sit through cup games every week you will realise that the gap from cup to nrl is massive and playing players to "punish" nrl players does no good, and tbh from what ive seen theres next to noone worth blooding at this stage, could make an argument for fletcher hunt but even then theres a fair chance its to everyone detriment at this stage.

I agree but he didn't do that in 2022...even picked an injured Clune at one stage and Milf despite him a) sucking and b) signing with the fins.

There's a strong argument against blooding too many jrs at once, but honestly, I don't think he does anything different next week.
 
AOB won’t change anything up. He’ll be caught in the mindset that we can turn the season around by going on a miracle run again. He only brings it up every second week after a loss. Delusion at its finest.
 
Schiller to the left, dom on the right. Gamble for cogger, thats as much change as you will see. Id also be tempeted to balance the rotation better. Maybe bj or croker to start for leo. and honestly theres no need for change really, just hold the fkn ball.

I mean he has been in the same (worse) position the last 2 yrs and got it done. Like it or not he knows what it takes to turn these things around.
 
I don’t want to see another miracle run when they are only going to get thumped by 70 points in week one.

This team is so disheartening. We are more or less full strength and they can’t beat the useless titans… TWICE!!!
 
You know what the worst part is? Tomorrow the Bulldogs and Raiders who are 1st and 2nd are gonna play a quality close game of football and neither side has a better roster than us. They just have 17 players every week who actually care about the jersey.

The comp is the weakest it’s been in years and we still manage to be the worst side. God I hate them so much.
 
We don’t have a top 30 we have a top 18, only injury not good form or ability gets the other dozen or so in the game.
Those dozen or so might have the potential but are a season or three away from achieving selection on a regular basis and only some of them will achieve it, we have a tough season or two ahead of us

Yep after watching the previous two home game lowers grades , the young guys are a couple of years away at least .
