Newcastle unlikely to host another Test until 2014

- Newcastle will not hold the end of season test this year - it is being considered for Townsville or Perth.
- Newcastle is in line to host a 2014 Four Nations match, however.
- Newcastle could host an All Stars match after next season, when the Gold Coast's rights to host the game expire.
- Hunter Stadium is no closer to naming a new sponsor.

I actually don't mind us hosting it every two years. Makes things just that more special. Hosting the All-Stars game would be cool.

That's crap. They used to be talking about it as a possible annual test in Newcastle. Was my first test & it was amazing.

Makes sense to shop it around somewhat, particularly in expansion areas. Will be good for the game to have it in Perth this year.

Yeah, I think so too. Have it in Newcastle every year and it loses the whole feeling of it being an event.

Have it in Newcastle perth then townsville, have it rotating between the three.
