Munster and Smith being investigated for potential drug use.

If you think footy players snort a lot of coke, wait till I tell you how much those blokes you see in suits or barrister’s wigs at Martin Place get through…

Well they are basically on the same level as the scum except they wear a suit and have a lawful income. Same top people defending scum and child sex offenders.

Hey no doubts, and its illegal either way.

With professional athletes though they are contracted not too + fall under ASADA.

There is something in the RLPA agreement that they can't be drug tested outside of competition.

I don't disagree with this either BUT honestly they shouldn't have to but wouldn't they just say if they didn't know someone - no phones boys?

Drawing the line, not the white one, in can’t test out of competition, competition should be all teams from the start of trial matches until season is over, after G/F.
These players should be tested under the belief that a negative test will clear them of any wrong doing.
Most dangerous time for players playing up, misbehaving, is after there last game of season, mad mondays.

I have no idea what clauses there are for not testing in the off season etc.

But, when does an NRL contract for the year run until? Surely not just until your knocked out of the premiership race!

What about rep football after the season and are they separate contracts with their own stipulations?

Whatever happens next these blokes are learning a tough lesson. If your going to partake in illegal substances, or questionable moral behaviour, never let it be filmed. Phones locked away or no party.

Contract date is November 1st.

I'm pretty sure ASADA can test anytime without notice.
The NRL testing policy seems a bit strange.

Asada can test any time, but it’s only a four week ban from them for cocaine if used outside of competition, anyway.

Tony kemp saying warriors were to hard on Walsh..what a wank…example-, I kept Stealing lollies from a shop dad found out(rather than flog me), took me down to the store, I did everything not to go through that door, dragged my feet klung onto poles, than I had to look the lady(owner) in the eye I cried…said she was dissappionted…and take A lot to trust me………..i weeded her garden for next 12 months, always asked to enter her shop….never stole again !!!! Munster and smith will get protected slap on wrists, as most clubs do. …Well done warriors, the Punishment does fit the crime

they should just get 50% the punishment pearce got for bringing the game into disrepute. What did he get 150k fine and 12 weeks or something outrageous. If this same thing happened to someone working at any other institution, imagine a video of a surgeon leaked doing lines of cocaine, they'd be suspended and have to do counselling, private hospitals would fire them. A lawyer would face pretty much the same consequences, the same a teacher. These guys get a tiny fine and it's their employer suffers not them.

If Smith, Munster or Walsh walked into the operating theatre to cut me open, if they had been on drugs would be the least of my worries 😂

Can't all these players just party on with no social media, cant be that hard can it?
Lol
