Mamo & Feeney

Feeney a lot like Carlos tui. Skills but can't use them to full advantage. Can't catch a high ball to save his life so not a fullback for me which is a shame coz he can ballplay.
 
Yes that is the answer let them both go. Feeney showed nothing as fullback earlier in the season, other than dropping the ball. Mamo, like Pat Mat seems to suffer from brain farts!
 
Mamo, Feeney, Pat, Pete are definitely not ever going to be nrl players.
We would be utterly stupid to keep them around for another season.
Yes we will need to replace them with cheap players again, but at least we can find players that can tackle pass and run at holes.

dwyerboy3 is Feeney's manager!

Agree 88 no value in the four of them and Bhana who has been a disappointment., and for mine add Chanel who never seems to be fit.
 
It still takes 50 games of NRL to see if a player is up to it.
As I've said before, you can't set the bar at the level of the Saifiti's and Sione, because those guys are freaks, and we haven't got another 14 freaks coming through to fill out the roster.
21 year olds who aren't up to it yet are the norm if we are going to sack all the firstgraders.
 
It all depends on their maturity level aswell. Youd sure as hell know after 1 season if a 23yr old plus will kick on. Its the youngins that take a little longer. So I know where Billy is coming from.
 
If pat had some desire about him I'd say he isn't so bad but watching him a few weeks back he turns off at very important stages of games.
 
Sione did say in his interview with denan Kemp that pat wasn't into footy all that much. I hate the fact he is being rewarded for being lazy.

That's not even close to what Sione said.
He said that before this year Pat and Chanel weren't putting in the effort that him and Pete put in - but Sione and Pete are well known for working harder than just about anyone.
I know he is the current forum whipping boy, but at least try to be fair about it. No need to be running down his character because you don't like how he plays.
 
Looks like I hit a Billy nerve. I should have written it better in meaning he didn't take footy as serious when younger so on and so forth and it shows in the player he is today. I don't even like the way Pete plays. The only matautia id keep is Sione. The rest are duds.

Well their only fans seem to be me and Nathan Brown, and I'm OK with that.
 
Chanels probably played 5 games this year. Round 1 & a few games in NSW Cup on return from injury. If he can't get on the field consistently before his contract ends, I'd ship all 3 of them off, Pat, Pete & Chanel, provided we have other, better options by that point.
 
It was a bad deal signing the four of them Hages. Rumoured to have only cost a little over a million! No wonder we have troubles.
