Are we not allowed to talk about past players, and how they are fairing since leaving?

Well it seems a bit of a pointless thing really..
The continued talk of ponga and the cowboys isnt welcomed much... so why should we care for Sims Bennett and brisbane
 
Well that debate between two forum members tends takes threads off topic, and in multiple threads. If they started a thread in general rugby league called Ponga and why the cowboys are holding him down. Then they could go at it for ages. As long as it is respectful then mods shouldn't step in.

This one is in it's own thread, ergo, not off topic.

Forum mods won't delete or lock this as there is no reason to. Moving it to general rugby league makes sense as it's not Newcastle Knights discussion.
 
I dont see the reason to move it. General discourse will always lead to tangents and alternative views that may or may not relate to the subject but it makes for interesting reading so long as there arent personal attacks. There are some people who quite simply arent happy in life and complaining is a form of venting so they feel better.
 
I think you guys are being a bit one eyed now. I dislike Korbin as much as anyone but if he put in a performance for us like he did tonight he'd be getting praise for how he's finally having a dig. His aggression was great tonight, a few lost balls & dumb penalty to go along with it granted, but that's part of his game isn't it.
 
I will add on though, I did enjoy seeing him put down the ball in the last minute to remove any chance Brisbane had of winning the game.

What 56 metres 23 tackles 3 missed and 2 errors, watch the players not commentators Brisbane bias. Oh and 2 penalties from Rose as well.

Yeah fair enough about the metres, that's pretty soft, I'll concede that. I was more talking about his aggression though, the kind of stuff to pump up his teammates with the game on the line.
 
Lol Josh his poser mate nothing more nothing less and finally on the right paygrade too. Though someone dumb like the tits will give him good coin.
 
Joshhh in an old guy's words when we used to discuss players like Korbs .. 'all show and no go'. He had a shocker of a night and the bias of Queenslander commentators like Walters, Tate, Parker, the Rev, Father Mal and company make me leave Fox Sports and go to ABC Radio on Grandstand.
