For a bit of fun, everybody has to guess a major sponsor for next year. You have three guesses

My dig:
Virgin
Ford
A major bank? can't choose which one although don't think it'll be Commonwealth if they've got cricket. Won't be St George. Westpac, NAB or ANZ?
 
The HSG itself (maybe? aha i don't know much about sponsorship & if they'd be allowed to sponsor their own team..)
McDonalds
Macquarie Bank

Maybe even companies like Westfield or Qantas again?
 
Oh hell yes! Id do anything to see the vertical striped jersey back with Stockland on it and the checkered shorts.
 
Panadol - appropriate because as supporters we will have more than the odd head ache
Laxettes - appropriate because watching our clueless attack give me the sh*ts
Kleenex - appropriate because we will reach for them when knocked out week one of the semis.
 
3 million (stated in the article) for two teams in different codes who will no doubt both be one of the tems to beat in their comps. Who wouldnt want it?
 
The Herald has announced that NIB is set to become the Jets major sponsor. If they're looking for sponsor deals that span both seasons, then NIB is set to become the new Knights major sponsor.

As a NIB policyholder - I'd wish they'd reconsider...
 
eww green. The sleeve sponsor i can deal with, but as the major sponsor itll be an eyesore haha.

EDIT: LOL, just after i posted this Chief Harrigan came on my TV with an NIB ad.

Yeah i couldn't agree more. I think the current sponsor Coal & Allied was one of the best jersey sponsors the Knights have had.

I am not keen on the look of the NIB jersey if this company is the major sponsor for 2012.

I did a mock up of a 2012 jersey to get a rough idea without sleeve sponsors as to what it might look like.

If there going to have NIB ther gonna have to make the jersey like the old BP one...Dont no how to add photos yet but im sure uno the one
 
Yeah, that mockup made me immediately think of the old BP jerseys!
Should NIB become the Knights major sponsor in 2012, I would hope that they ditch the green box surrounding the white NIB text. They did this in 2002 when they were shorts sponsor. You can kinda see it here:

On the white alternate shorts, the logo was green, so I guess they could do that again on the jersey this time?
