Knights sign JJ Felise

Tigers released this guy and picked up a front rower from panthers, so who got the better deal us or tigers??
 
Watched Felise in the Tigers v Cowboys trial at the start of the year. Thought he oooked really good against a near full strength Cowboys pack. Surprised he hasn’t had a fair run in FG this year.
 
I hope we will get to see him in firsts against the Eels. No point bringing him here with a chance at earning himself a contract and not starting him. Not like we can't sub another forward out for him and make much of a difference negatively.

Give him a shot.

Nothing to loose. Here to play for a contract. Show us what he can do.
 
We play reserve grade next week with firsts having a bye.

Good chance for all the fringe middle players like Felise, Yates, King, and Maybe Dan Saf wants a game for fitness.
If Felise can outplay those guys he deserves a start against Parra.
 
Bit confused, read we can't play Amey as he isn't in the 30 so how can we play new guy who obviously isn't in 30?
Clarity please.
If we can drop someone to fit JJ in then why not two to fit Amey in?

I think we still have a few spots - or did have before June 30 because I think we had to fill the roster by June 30 - so Felise and probably someone else might have gone into the top 30, and my understanding is that top 30 players have to be paid something like 110k.

Would expect him to get a run against parra... no harm in giving him an early shot
