- New high performance manager Jeremy Hickmans (Bennett's offsider for the last six years) says the Knights are already in good shape, but there will be improvements.

- Players kept themselves in pretty decent shape during the off-season.

- Hickmans will liases regularly with Bennett until he arrives.
