Rebuilding happens every time you change coaches and if we keep OBrien dont go looking for another playmaker because he likes a running 5/8 and we have two playmakers in Pearce and Ponga .
 
Those two playmakers are not playing to ability. Pearce more so than Ponga which in turn means Mann is pressured to play out of his comfort zone for the team to succeed. Coach won’t move/drop either 1 and 7 so most likely is move 6 & 9 because they are lesser profile players, Coach is hoping 1 & 7 come good while 2-6 & 8-17 get frustrated, sounds a bit like 2019.
