Kalyn Ponga discussion

Definitely true, have you seen how he has changed this year. In his podcasts he talks about how even when injured etc he is being a leader, helping lift morale, get people engaged and competing. This is Ponga 2.0, also 1/4 as much injury prone. Get ready for him to play 24+ games every season. Hopium.

Some of the old codgers on facebook already believe everything the media comes out with, there's no hope now with all the AI driven engagement farm crap popping up nowadays.
There's actually so much fake facebook stuff, not just with the NRL, but in general. It is worth mentioning because its 1000% not true.
I'd go close to just avoiding reading anything on there and just use it for targetted ads at things you may buy!

It’s great and will finally end the whole Ponga to whoever rumours for good, I like the added 2 year CO protects the club as well.

All in all without knowing the Money it’s a great deal and came out of nowhere
According to AI slop it was the same money potentially, he wanted to keep with the knights and heard there was transfer whispers, Holbrook told him to do more for the Knights and he didnt want him taking a paycut. Let's hope. Makes sense with him signing before the new tv rights deal, hopefully he doesn't wish for more money.

Yeah it’s amazing it makes you think there wasn’t much point being a FA as the offers wouldn’t have blown them away

Sydney media pretty slow at reporting the story, seem to be dissapointed

Great news!!

He seems really happy and it’s great work by the club to get his done quietly and early.

Any chance this means we’ll never have to see another KP leaving article.

He’s been here since 2018, and only come off contract once. He’ll have been here 13 years by the end of 2030.
If we don’t include a few Cowboys games, he will essentially be a one club player. So the guy they’ve made out to be a gun for hire is actually one of the most loyal in the game as it turns out lol

Now to win a comp!
