Again how do we know if that's even the case ? If Pos & Parr would allow that to happen we may as well fold the club . I know we have made some amateur decisions but gee !

Look I think Kalyn is a absolute freak of a player, certainly the most talented since Joey.
But I'm at the point where I think it's best for him and the club to cut ties and use $1.2 million on a halfback and another prop. Also moving Sharpe back to fullback and Brown to 6.
Halfback situation I'm still intrigued with and hope it can our long term solution sooner rather than later.
Now I personally wouldn't go down this route after what happened late last year but I get the feeling POS will have a another crack at Pezet once Hughes likely stays at the Storm.
O'Sullivan clearly isn't fazed by rejection as we saw with DylBro turning him down a few times at Warriors and Dolphins before he finally got him here.
Sexton or Fogarty would have been handy signings but neither will happen.
I'd probably target Hugo Savala or Mitch Woods.
I would have suggested Coby Black and Toby Rodwell but signed long term to their clubs I believe.

If RTS gets a million, KP probably gets $2m (and a release fee for the Knights?).
Also, didn't the Wallabies change their policy about not picking OS players (presumably because they suck) so KP may not be eligible for NZ but potentially could be for the Wallabies?
Personally not worried about the new teams or Saudi union pinching players, just creates opportunity for new talent.

Agree, had a ln argument with my mates on the weekend and we set a reminder for me to check in 2035 where Brown ends up ranked in terms of highest paid players. I said outside the top 10.
If the Knights release KP to Saudi RU, the Knights may expect a fee in return, as KP is contracted until the end of 2027.

I thought I’d read “from the Knights” not “for”. It was doing my head in too, wondering what the go is with contracts if we have to pay someone that wants to leave. I just need to learn how to read.
