McEwen is a real athlete and his increased physicality is obvious with each game, particularly his rip and tear approach when running the ball.
He could be anything in the next year or so!

I still say he'll be a prop before long.
He is almost exactly the same size as Spencer Leniu and a few other very good props - Frizell for instance.
He turned 21 a month or so ago, and gets stronger every game.
He has the attitude and aggression of a prop.

With the pace of the game. Smaller and more agile props may become more the norm. It will be interesting who breaks into this team over the next few years and if anyone swaps positions from 2nd row to prop.

This bloke is going to be a absolute weapon sooner rather than later and heading towards that trajectory already after a slow start to the season, he has really improved each week.

He has 3 younger brothers.
Mat is the only one currently in our system.
He played a few games of SG Ball this year and was either injured or dropped because Diesal Hagan was going so well at hooker.
Mat is a hooker or lock but is much smaller than Jermaine.
If anything, he's more aggressive than Jermaine - too aggressive if anything - always getting into scraps.

Only 1 of the other two brothers plays footy, and is too young I believe.

Couldn’t agree more, I remember when Bradman missed the team bus and got punished for it and he would go on to say it was the drive he needed to improve and understand a clear line.

Time to do the same, one week should be fine and a wake up, it’s what a successful club would do, set clear standards

Was he drunk? It’s says low level. In my opinion I would say that’s not drunk it could have been the day after! If he is suspended I reckon there is the possiblity that he is still a p plater with his age! A lot of conclusions being made with out knowing the full story!
