Jayden Brailey

I’d be cutting Ramien Loose and upgrading Hunt. Probably work for both parties. If Hunt fits then why not?

Signed on a 3 year deal.
It says he is expected to share the hooker role with Connor Watson. So much for needing an 80min hooker.

Does that mean someone has been moved on for the cap space?

Meh, Brown quoted as saying Brailey is an 80 minute hooker so doubtful he is going to be sharing the role with Watson. Not that Brailey plays 80 minutes for the Sharks.

Griffin doubtful to get a new deal, Levi offloaded if they can. More than enough cap space there.

I thought the doubts about releasing Brailey as signed was that we weren’t cap clear and had to prove we were.
No announcement of who, if any, has been released from 2020 contract, likely ones are Levi, Ese’ese and Guerra, does anyone really know?

Brailey the 80 minute hooker who averages 60 minutes a game in 2019 or about 5 minutes more per game than Levi. Averages about 5 tackles a game more. Both have same number of tackle breaks. Levi's conceded 3 penalties. Brailey's conceded 11. I'm excited he's the missing link. We'll win the comp in 2020.

So if Brailey comes and plays most minutes, 60+ and Ponga is 80mins what happens to Watson, not so much needed at 1 & 9 his two better positions. Is he our new 5/8 for 2020 or will that be Lino or Crossland.
This of course is depending on Levi actually leaving or Brailey is the better player.
Not sure what direction Brown is headed, not saying sack him just confused

Watson will have to take the utility bench position. Brown isn't shy of picking blokes on the bench and using them for stuff all minutes.

He isn't the answer at 5/8. We need a proper 5/8 that can unlock our right side attack and be a second kicking option on the last. I can't see us being a genuine premiership threat without moving away from the pass it to Ponga approach.

At the very least we have to get Ponga popping up on both sides of the field. Our attack at the moment is very 1 dimensional. From what I have seen of the two of them, Lino is the better option at 5/8 over Mann, but Brown doesn't seem to think so. But Brown also thinks picking Buhrer is a better option then Jsaf so...

Wasn't the answer at 5/8th, nah only scoring tries, setting them up and making line breaks regularly to get opposition on the backfoot, we have Pearce and to a lesser extent Ponga to share the load he was great.

Levi has reportedly had a sh!!t attitude since his new zealand debut.

I am not fussed about such a player getting punted, and watching them both play even at their best I'd take Brailey all day. Looks much sharper for mine.
