Nothing to see here. Just Browny on his hooker grind.

not sure what to think tbh. Levi has been in top form atm but also i rate Jayden. I mean he has won a GF hasnt he?
    1 Ponga
    6 Mann/Watson
    7 Pearce
    9 Brailey
    14 Griffin

would be very interesting to see what happens with the whole Mann and Watson situation then. Or do we let Griffin go as well?

Not sure how to feel about it. I really like Levi and he has been in brilliant form and seems to be happy at Newcastle.

We need at least 2 or 3 new hookers a year.
1 of them has to be a Mann, Pearsall, Bhana type who has never played hooker in their life, to train all off season as a hooker and last 10 minutes in a game till they go to another position.

If we sign Brailey, I can't see us keeping Slade tbh. He's great when fit but too injury prone.

Hope Levi responds to all this speculation once he's fit again and makes it irresistible for us to let him go.

I’d much rather Levi/Brailey than to shaft Levi. He’s been in stella form the last 5 weeks and Griffin might be too much a risk to retain despite looking solid for us last year. Don’t think Danny deserves to be let go on current form.

If Brailey is here next year Levi won't be.

Brailey is looking elsewhere because he won't be the first choice hooker at Cronulla, he won't be coming here to share duties with Levi.

No guarantees that Brailey will play 80mins and having Watson at 14 is the same as Levi at 9. Levi might not play 80 but gives heaps during his 60mins or so. Can’t believe the problems we are having with hookers. Assume Woolford is gone and probably Griff.

Toohey says Brailey's not coming to be back up. Levi's being moved on. Brown's a flogger.

    I trust Browns judgment here.
Besides a huge effort from the hole team and Levi finally doing HIS JOB the past 5 weeks.
Levi hasnt been a team player and has been a issue for the pack and the backs, as it all starts at the ruck.

I f Brown could fix it in 7 days between the Titans and Eels games why did he wait so long ? Ross said the senior players had a meeting after the Titans game not because they know more than a coach but because they know what's working or not working on the field. Went very close to saying they approached Brown. Straight out said Brown had coached the running game out of Levi. I don't care if we rival the Dragons 11 premierships in a row under Brown it will be because we finally had enough money to buy a comp and not because we have a great coach. Is it possible that Levi's benefiting from having blokes like Klemmer and Glasby in the team no let's rate him on his efforts with a r00ted back in a team that got a hat trick of spoons.

I wonder if Levi still wants to go after asking for a release a while back. Personally, I hope he stays and plays consistently for the rest of the year at the level he was when he was injured. It'd be great to see him enjoy some success with us after those dark years, but I trust the team have their reasons.

I think we can go a long way this year, with Levi as the first choice 9. If we do, what then? I'm surprised at some of the reasons given for moving towards Brailey from Levi. We want an 80 minute hooker, yet Jayden is job sharing with his little bro this year. Levi is more explosive? Can't teach that, but you can teach some of the skills Levi needs to lift. Anyway, I'll back the club if that is the way they want to go. One upside I see is that Brailey had some nice little moves going with Ramien last year. I thought we'd replicate some, but haven't found a way so far.
