We have taken a few of the older players off and the young ones are out on their feet.

We stay top of the table, but should have done a lot better with our F and A.

Try to Robins-Retti who has been ripping in for the first 8 minutes

Roosters looked like scoring again and Summer Dowell took an intercept and ran 95 to score

Knights seem to have had a dozen chances and the Roosters 2 or 3 - but only 1 try in it.

Tyla Brown got outside her opposite number and ran 90 to score without anyone getting near her

Last try came off a few great runs by Lisa Fiaola hooker Elers who looked right up to this level. She had some great runs - as good or better than Lahmert.

Souths lost to Mounties, so we are top of the table by ourselves again, and play last placed Bulldogs next week.

We have played Souths, Mounties and Penrith for 2 wins and a loss and have top 6 sides Eels and Steelers still to play.

Having said that, the injury crises means we have lost all our experienced forwards to firstgrade, so this game won't be easy.

Charlie Lahmert lines up against experienced firstgrader Ebony Prior, and I think they play a very similar style. If Charlie can match Ebony, i'd be confident she could play firstgrade this year.

Ava Glassie goes to fullback. It was just about a year ago she came into the side from the local comp and had a shocker of a debut. She has gone from strength to strength and looks great now.
 
5 tries all, but Knights kicked 4/5 and Bulldogs kicked 1/5
28-22 win to keep us top of the table.
We won't win many games if we don't get some forwards back.
