Hayden Knowles

Not a surprise.

I'm thinking this is Parr's first move.

Chit hit the fan with the Klem situation, Knowles appears to have had a whinge that got to HR and caused the storm in a teacup. Parr came in and said nope, any gripes come through me first. Clearly didn't need to be blown up and the fact it got to a show cause situation is a joke.
 
We'll never really know how good or bad support staff are, but my feeling is that changing support staff this year was a big mistake.
As someone described it, we replaced the science guys with the experienced guys, which i'd normally be in favour of, but it hasn't seemed to work that well.

I was under the impression that Gardner took it to HR.
Bloke has been to a lot of good clubs and NSW cant be a mug surely?..
Id say its been a frustrating year for all in the joint with no leaders in front office or a decent head coach. I do think him venting on social media might of been his undoing. With any luck Parr punts AOB next.

Someone took it to HR, and someone whinged about what Klemmer said to enough people or to the right people that Gardner felt he needed to.

Should have gone to the coach straight up and let him know, have Klem come in and clear the air thats it.

He is a mug. Known around the traps as the "arrogant" one. Hence why he gets on so well with Freddy. Sometimes you've gotta drink your medicine but when a bloke is signing off on your rep sheets with FEC you lose respect for said person.
 
Was always going to happen when he started going to the media for exclusive interviews and going on twitter rants about the whole thing. Really unprofessional behaviour and the whole thing was a mountain from a mole hill in the first place. Glad we’ve acted quickly and decisively.
 
Of course, the "exclusive" interview where he dumps on the club will come next week, which is ironic because I remember he said his predecessor would get work in the future because he took his sacking with good grace and staid professional.
 
It's not a good look to have another staff member walk but it had to be done after the whole fiasco. Definitely came across unprofessional replying to people on twitter. That's the kind of thing that doesn't need to be played out over social media. There was an article that said he thought his reputation had taken a hit after this, arguing with people on twitter just reeks of insecurity, that ironically only furthers his reputation tarnishing.
