Finals hype thread

I have no sympathy for Robbo or Bennett, how many players has JWH put in hospital, and than you have Radley, than there was cordner…and don’t get me started on Bennett - always packs his team full of enforcers ….good to see both coaches get some comeuppance

No, you’re correct, assuming Melbourne win week 1.
 
Well souths just lost there best player now you would think, roosters down on form and parra. Only teams that i consider an real threat is Panthers, Storm, Eagles(who we beaten beore)
 
If it was any other coach that sprayed the refs a fine would be on its way but robbo gets let off....

We haven’t really even played well yet. There is some promising signs and if we get a banged up Parra coming off two smashings. Anything could happen. I think someone mentioned earlier, would appear our soft underbelly has gone. No way we win those close games last year. Bring it on!
 
After round 14 we were 3rd last on the table - only above Broncos and Doggies.
Since then we have had 7 wins, 1 bye, and lost against Melbourne and the Roosters.
Jake Clifford joined us in round 13.

Bit worried about how well Parra are playing tonight.

Not a bad thing, means they are playing their final tonight, and have to get up again next week. Hopefully they get done in a close one

Raiders will really give the Chooks a shake, if the Raiders up winning I'd be pretty keen to verse the Chooks in the finals. Still a daunting prospect.
 
Well going past week 1 really isn't a reality...

Parra are back in a big way...

Roosters might be the better team to play week 1 with the injuries they have...
 
Haha, confidence up and down like a yo-yo.

Apparently we played great against the 10th placed Titans and only snuck home by a point so I expect we get bundled out week 1 whatever happens. Anything more than that is a bonus.
