Ex-Knights Watch

Other than the errors Leo showed what he can be when he's having a proper go. 160m, 40 tackles and lightning quick PTB would be nice from one of our middles tomorrow.
Ok. I was reading comments saying he was average but those stats are very good. You would assume he get better as the season goes on. Let’s hope Trey can get up to those numbers at some point.

Yeah I was surprised by the Dogs fans reaction to him. I just found it funny because I can’t stand Canterbury or Gus.

Yeah he had a couple of errors which weren’t great, but he certainly wasn’t the reason they lost. For the most part he was pretty strong.

I’d be more worried about their attack or lack there of, if I were them. Watching them try to execute their plays was exactly like watching the Knights last year, slow, cumbersome, and predictable. Like the Dragons they desperately lack speed and creativity in their team.

Apparently Gus think the solution is AI, so good luck to them 😂

He was good, just not anywhere near 850k per year good. Stats are important, but a players impact on a game is something that stats don't always reveal. I'm happy Leo is gone, the club clearly treated him poorly, but he also then didn't really put in or progress the last few seasons. Imagine working with your mates but not putting 100% in because of disagreements with management, that doesn't sit well with me. Compare leo's reaction to Dylan brown at parramatta last year. Character is important....

Yeah despite some faults and being on a bit too much towards the backend he did have a dig when he was here, it’s all you could ask.
Even Jacob had his fair share of early injuries but did come off the bench for a bit before being a starter. Might have still just been bad luck for Daniel

He gave me some great memories. I’ll never forget Marty Taupau (I think) shoulder charging him in the jaw… and somehow coming off 10x worse in that collision.
