Ex-Knights Watch

Feel a bit sad for Daniel Saifiti if it’s the case. Even as a former player. Always gave it his best and never whinged despite starting out in such a bad team then being moved on. Can respect that.

All these medical retirements because souths took the p*ss out of them several years ago and got away with it.
we had a certain former front rower who medically retired and then went on to run round playing lower level local league in newcastle for a year or 2. Could say this player and our club were taking the **** also.

If it’s the same one he’s still playing with his brother in park footy

I must be thinking of someone else as I wasn’t aware he had a brother and I did think his injury issues were there all along and he did his best to play through them (hint hint someone that was let go then came back)

Just reading DSaf might be getting medically retired with a shoulder injury.

Surgery at end of 2025 didn't work and no certainty to ever play again.

Poor bugger.
He actually had quite a good game if you take away the errors, ran and tackled really hard.
His manager did a good job getting him that much money though
Yeah I don't wish any malice, hope he goes well. He ran quite well, tackled ok bar the clear miss. I'm just glad we're not paying $850k for that.
