Ex-Knights Watch

He'd have had more of a shot at 1st grade if he stayed in Newcastle.

Guess there's always Super League.

I think he's got more of a shot at Parra to be honest. Moses and Brown will be the first-choice halves, there's no real doubt about that. But if either goes down with injury, they've really only got Salmon as the alternative currently (assuming Gutherson will remain in the #1 jersey). Whereas, if he's here, he'll have Crossland, Watson and Lino to beat out for a spot alongside Pearce.

So if it happens at a third different club, that settles it I guess that Lamb is forever destined to be a great reserve grade player and a mediocre first grade player.

Also bringing in Lamb must suggest Gutherson is the permanent fullback from now on though I’ll laugh if he ever goes back to 5/8 to cover injuries next year.

Brock Lamb signed with Parra for 2020 in their development squad and in their top 30 in 2021.
I didn't think a player with the amount of NRL games he has can be on a development contract.
Anyone know the criteria?

Sam Stone starting back row for the Titans.
I liked him as a player (although not a stand out) and wish him well.
They also have Beau Fermor at starting centre.

Sam Stone topped the fantasy points with 62 and was the only Titan forward to go 80 minutes.
Hard to believe he's still 22 and only a year older than Fermor.
Stone seems to have been around for years, but he did start at age 19.
Fermor's defence will be tested by every team if he stays in the centres after coaches see the tape of RTS running rings around him. He just stands there like a dummy when someone steps him - but maybe a coach can fix that in time.
