Ex-Knights Watch

The surprizing biggest fantasy point nsw cup player this week of the ex Knights was Braden Robson with 79 fantasy points for Wests.
For those that don't remember him, he was an Australian schoolboy the same year as Lamb and Cogger - he played alongside Latrell Mitchell in the centres.
Back at the Knights he played 2 years in the centres for under 20s and then moved to lock forward for a year, where his powerful defence was an asset.
He was small, but very strong and hard running.
I think this is his 3rd year playing reserve grade for Wests and he has played mostly centre, lock and second row.
This year they have moved him to hooker, and in his 3rd game he played 71 minutes, made 39 tackles and scored 3 tries.

Brock Lamb/Lachy Lam have a great combination going for the Bears.
Reminds me of Lamb and Cogger before Cogger had his pelvis operations.

I see Matt Cooper finally got a few for Easts Tigers - he now has 3 tries in 5 games. Tyrone Amey got one as well.

Tyrone Amey came off the bench for 1st placed Easts Tigers in the Qld cup, played 53 minutes, ran 183 metres and scored a try. This week he is named as starting prop.

Amey is a good player, always seemed 4th or 5th in line here for some reason, not the biggest guy but definitely a hard running and hard hitting prop.

Cogger and Meaney can hold their heads up despite the Bulldogs getting thrashed. Meaney did a mountain of work to try to make up for the other slackers. Cogs was better than Lewis, who had a shocker.
Lamb got 68 fantasy points, ran 126 metres, scored a try and kicked 5/5 in his teams 2 point loss.
If you look at the overall stats for reserve grade comp, Lamb is top of about 4 or 5 stats and appears in top 5 in all the kicking and playmaking categories. He is back to his old self and is probably the form player in reserve grade.
Tom Starling had another win to remain top of the table. He played 80 minutes again, but the halfback went off early and I suspect Tom played 30 minutes or so at halfback (or that's what would have happened at the Knights).

I hadn't even bothered to open Photoshop in like 100 years, but the name of this thread inspired me to make a funny poster/banner for this thread, it would be greatly appreciated if we can make this the header of the thread
(excuse the rust, like i said its been a while)

Tyrone Amey got 71 fantasy points as starting prop for the Easts Tigers this week. 18 runs for 165 metres 1 try, 1 line break assist, 1 try assist.
Tom Hughes also ran for 185 metres and scored 2 tries and Matt Cooper ran for 110 metres and had 2 linebreak assists and 2 try assists. Easts Tigers are doing pretty well with their Knights rejects. Former Knights junior halfback Josh Rolph is going pretty good for them as well.

Elliot is enjoying himself in Manly, seems like the type of guy who will float from club to club.

He's at his 4th now, how many will he end up playing for?? 6?? 7??

Cogger, Meaney going well for the dogs today, and Elliott looks like he has settled at Manly nicely.

I reckon Brown would like to have Cogger on the roster about now as he looks for a 5/8 solution.

Brock Lamb tried hard to make something happen for NSW residents against Qld residents, but Qld forwards were too good and Lamb finished in the sin bin for a professional foul.

Beau Fermor got NSW first try off a Lamb try assist, and went within inches of getting a second. Fermor was subbed off just before all the fists started flying, so he didn't get caught up in that.
