Ah, bless you all!! I'll be watching them this afternoon in the FA Cup. I'm a football fan - well most people are over here, it's practically a religion. But, to me, RL is a better sport. I used to play a bit of amateur RL (I was rubbish but I enjoyed the cameraderie) and I'll watch whenever I can.

Football enjoys pretty much saturated coverage here. If you're a fan then you could probably see it for at least 10 hours a day, every day, on various channels.
 
This is how bad we have it about football. If an English bloke is on holiday, if there's football on TV, even if it's the Turkish 2nd division reserves, he'll watch it!!!! I know, I've done it!! :lol:

Yes, I watched the match last night and, until Rooney came on, I was reading a magazine instead of watching. It was that dull. Still, 4th round beckons.

But you see 72' dolphins did it in a shortened season. they went 16-0 and won the superbowl undefeated. To win the superbowl undefeated nowadays, you have to go 19-0. If they do that they will probably be the best team of all time.

I have a feeling the might slip up...

Still, great effort. If they win it itll be there 5th superbowl in something like 8 years i think
 
I was really just celebrating them being undefeated in the regular season lol but all the way would be great! I don't see why they won't go all the way. I am so glad I picked the Patriots. Used to be a falcons fan but always liked Tom Brady.
 
hahah atlanta got screwed bigtime this season. QB got caught for drugs and accused of dogfighting, head coach walked out haha

Haha, I remember doing a sig on MV some time ago. Some time later I found out he was making/organising dog fights. :p
 
Its the most disgusting thing I can think of :( I'm glad he got caught. You know he's paying for all the dogs (that survived) to be taken care of! I guess thats something.. do you think he'll ever be back??
 
nooooooo wayyyyyy hahah he will get time no doubt. hes already like 30 so he'll be back by 35 at the least, which is too old. hes days are over. He used to be pretty good as well. One of the fastest QB's to ever play the game
 
Nah he only got like 2 years and he's a year older than me so he's only 27 and just think Brett Favre is almost 40 and still going strong lol :D
 
John Elway won a superbowl when he was like 37 i think vick isnt that good anyway not as good as brady mannig or mcnabb
 
Vicks just fast, and McNabbs gone down the toilet as well haha and that coming from a Philly fan. I got big wraps on Derek Anderson, the browns QB.

And Vick also has to serve a yearly suspension of the NFL
