They won 5 of the 11 games he played in this year, so they have a much better strikerate with him in the team.

They are actually yet to win this season, without him.

Makes it even stupider that he would ditch the side, it would be like Johns in his heyday walking out on us mid-season.

Well done North Queensland! Bulldogs couldn't even compete with them, they have hit an all time low. I don't see them ending that no wins without SBW streak this year.
 
First time ever a team that is coming last and coming off 13 straight losses goes favourites into a game hah. Congrats to them.

I think i read it was a bulldogs decision to take the game to queensland! I guess there just trying to promote the game and give there qld fans a game to watch
 
maybe the dogs are eyeing off being Brisbanes second team one day, the 'Brisbane Bulldogs' does have a nice ring to it.

Actually, it was the Bulldogs at the beginning of the year chose to move the game there as North QLD supporter base there would be strong too.

I guess it's like a win win situation for both, however they wouldn't have thought they would be playing for the spoon.

The Bulldogs have great QLD Support. However the way they are going they were better off staying at ANZ.
