I really like Mika and think he is massivly underated in the knights team. At the moment I think mika should be ahead of Patterson and being played of the bench.

Marvin Filipo has an almost identical skillset to Mika, but he has been far more consistant in the last 18 months. Filipo was the player of the year for Centurions last year and has been 18th man for firstgrade for the last two games.

Let's be brutally honest here. Mika has done nothing at NRL Level. He got his chance at starting for the Knights last year and the year before and didn't impress. He did hardly anything. Had a solid debut scoring a try and since then hasn't been able to crack into the team since.
Putting him in front of Paterson, who yes has been down on form and is becoming just as lazy. Saying Mika should be in front of him is almost an insult as he isn't standing out so much as your suggesting.
It's evident when other guys are being picked ahead of him.

Off contract this season, he might be on his way out... be interesting to see if Mika is wanted. He is only young so possibly so.

To be fair to Mika he had very little off season training because of injury and only made it back on field for the last trial, where he looked dreadful - very underdone.
By the radio call of the NSW cup game this week he had a big one, and i'd say he has been improving steadily.

In today's Herald it is mentioned that Mika has been told to look elsewhere. I hope he finds a Club that will get the best out of him something that hasn't happened at the Knights. Stone mentioned earlier that his fitness is an issue. What isn't an issue is the brutal defence he is capable of and I hope his release doesn't come back to haunt us down the track.

I don't really get the need for making a highlights video when there's nothing to really love about it, bar the hit on Friend and that he can offload. His hitups look pretty average to me and there's no footage of him breaking the line, or anything.
I guess it's just a tribute for being at the club.

Sa'u would be better than that, he would break the line, maybe not the offloads though, but let's not turn a Mika thread into a Junior Sa'u discussion..
On this years form, Sa'u wouldn't be much better.... They would be pretty close actually.
I don't remember him making many mistakes ... involvement would be his biggest issue, I think. Sometimes you wouldn't know he was out there. What he did was alright.

Well i think it shows him to be a solid forward. Don't get me wrong, i don't really rate him, he had a shocker in 2011, but under the right coach he could've been a good player. He should've followed Brian Smith tbh, he was getting better as time went on under Smith.
