City vs Country @ WIN Stadium, Wollongong

I think it doesnt go into GP because and extra 5 minutes or so isnt really going to let players prove themselves any further, maybe only the halves kicking FG's. Also players have to back up for their clubs the next day and that so its not fair on them risking injuries for the sake of a result.
 
No need for extra time, a 22 all draw is fine. The only annoying bit is that City retain the shield coz they won it last year.

Still mad at Gidley for losing the ball over the line in the 80th minute last year, if he'd got it down it'd be two draws in a row and Country would still hold it from winning in 2006 haha.

I thought his defence was pretty ordinary, and when he sat down and got pushed into touch it drove me mad.

I see there's talk that Monaghan will now partner Hayne on the wing for NSW, I think that's a better option.

Pssssh if Quinn played like that and gets into the NSW team I will be angry. They might as well pick Grothe!!!!
 
Forgot to mention before, watched the country boys warm up before the game out the back of WIN (they got another ground there). I was talking to me mates then i turned around and the whole country squad just ran up behind me and almost knocked me over there were that close :lol:. Benny Cross is huge, far bigger than anyone else on that team.
