What did anyone who saw it think (I know that's just gonna be one person haha). Carney had some interesting stuff to say, I think he's pretty set on going to the Titans, for anyone hoping he would stay.

Daryl Halligan is not suited to tv, he talks like an interviewing robot.
 
His signed already i think!!! Um yeh Halligan is just plain and half the time comes out with wat reg reagan calls 'jiberish'!!!
 
really? i thought carney sounded pretty reluctant to talk about next year.... i kinda took it as his plans could change. i dont know maybe im just being biased because i want him to stay. i cant believe hes never been to new zealand though!!!

halligan is definately bad for tv, his grammar isnt too great either. its actually uncomfortable watching him interviewing!!
 
Yeah he is signed, but I've read heaps of people hoping he tries to break the contract to re-sign with the Knights. From the interview I don't think it will happen.

Can't think of too much else he had to say, but he got his first Superlague contract after only playing league for 4 months, that's amazing.

He had a lot of positives to say about the Gold Coast set-up though.

At the end when Halligan turned and spoke straight to the camera ... worst piece of New Zealand television ever, and that is saying something haha. You are right, it is real uncomfortable watching him interview!
 
hmmm he did keep saying he doesnt like to look into the future too much though. however it is a positive that he is fully concentrating on this year with the knights as opposed to talking up the move to the gold coast next year. i cant believe thats hes never been there either!!!

did u see halligans stray dog interviews with joey and girds? he was even worse with them!!!

Yeah, I did see those Lamedog interviews. I honestly wonder what the interviewees must think. Carney is probably scared stiff of visiting here now! :lol:
 
yep second time arond isnt so bad, im not sitting here in shock.....

poor carney. at least in november he gets to go to chch and wgtn and doesnt have to base his nz experience on **** hole auckland.

why do they call halligan cook? i have chickens at home, and they are reasonably intelligent........ more so than halligan anyway
 
Maybe coz if you removed Halligan's head he probably wouldn't lose any IQ points ...

Speaking of IQ, I got a test back I did before the holidays today - 80%! I'm on fire at uni, woohoo!!!

I get an essay back on Thursday - I say BRING IT ON!!! 3 things back this year, all 80% and better!!! Where is the nerdy glasses MSN smiley haha.
