What do you guys think of Gidley replacing Tonga at centre. Tonga was poor yesterday and blew at least 2 tries and Gidley has a running and passing game. He could put his winger away easily. I know its a bit of an odd move but he played there last year against England (replaced Hodges I think) and carved up setting up a Slater try.

Could work, but Tonga hadn't played in a number of weeks anyway, give him time, also it's hard to see the selectors picking Gids there anyway.

I'd normally laugh at Gidley to the centres but we have sfa to choose from so it's actually an option, I'd stick with Tonga though he's solid enough in defence unlike Lawrence or the sh*t Morris.
