Ashes Tour 2025

Dom's strong performances in the 2022 World Cup seemed to provide him with a lot of confidence to support his 2023 season.

I'm hopeful that he gets picked in England's 17 and manages to have a decent series that allows him a similar confidence rebound after what would've been a very tough year. Likewise, I'm sure getting home to see his family would provide a good chance to reset mentally.

Also hopeful that Kevvie hasn't carved Shibasaki's name into the teamsheet and Bradman gets a chance to fight for his spot during Kangaroos preparations.

So this is Australia vs England in the Ashes, right? So confusing how they went back to Great Britain a few years ago, now it seems they’re permanently back to England.

Anyway, an Ashes tour would be an amazing thing for Dom to be involved in, playing in front of those huge loud home crowds in three tests.

Looking over it I gotta agree, some good players around it but for the most part we should handle this pretty easily barring injuries.

Excited to hopefully see Mikey Lewis, got big wraps on him

The first game of a Kangaroo tour is always the hardest.

The Poms are training hard and planning an ambush. It will be the biggest game of their lives and a chance to get their names in the history books.

Our guys are getting drunk and doing some halfhearted training before a tour where they think they just have to show up to win.

Every Kangaroo tour I can remember, the first game was very close and came as a shock, but after that the boys get into gear and finish strong.

England are never easy to beat at home, but yeah, hard to see anything other than 3-0 here.

Isn't it nuts to think England/Great Britain haven't beaten Australia in a single game since 2006 ... 19 years ago! People would have been posting celebration messages on a six month old website called twitter. 😅

Also - is this really the first time the two sides have played since the World Cup Final in 2017?!?! How can Australia and England not play each other for almost a decade ...

As a neutral I hope England can somehow get a single win in this series haha. Would be great for their fans.

I don’t hold out much hope tbh. 😔

Cleary is so bad in any jersey that’s not the Panthers, 40 minutes and I really didn’t see him do anything… please bring Moses in next game he is just better.

They need to bite the bullet. Cleary is a grown man. Drop him if hes not the best possible candidate. At this point, most people agree Moses is better suited
