Ashes Tour 2025

Well, the Poms probably played as well as they can and Australia were at about 90% and just too good for them.

Hard to see it getting any better for the Poms for the rest of the series.

Ref had a very good game apart from that first try looked like Hudson Young took out a defender.

Brimson must come in for Welsby. What a ridiculous selection error. Eng need to get Herbie and Young some good ball and having Welsby sluggishly sliding either side of the ruck just doesnt arrive at anything good.

Pretty expected result, wouldn’t surprise me if Aus really run away with it in games 2 and 3. When KPP is your starting backrower and probably not even in the top 20 in the NRL in his position, you know you’ve got problems.
In fairness I thought KPP was solid enough among one of the worst England packs I've ever seen. I'm unsure how coaches take so long to workout that he's infinitely better playing on the right edge, watching him awkwardly have to back into the line to pop an offload gave me flashbacks to our 2024 season.

Dom had some decent runs in a mixed bag.

Morgan Knowles is a good pickup for the Dolphins, not that they needed any more depth.

Best deserves a jersey over Shibasaki but likely won't get one if we continue winning.

KPP was Englands best after the hooker

Didn’t watch the game but from reading the match report seems it was all very one sided which was to be expected. Too much action in the boxing, F1, and EPL for me to even find the time…….international league is the most boring form of the game.

Can't see England getting any closer in the next 2 games.

If anything I expect the Kangaroos to be even better from here. Even with Kevvie as coach.
