I found it a bit surprising, but where-ever the player is going to play to the best of his potential is in the long run the best idea for everyone, I suppose. And it's not like we're short on centres with Sau, Naiqama, Tahu and Likiliki.

I disagree. Take Boyd and Gidley for example. I think Gidley is best suited to the fullback position and I'd give him a 7/10 for arguments sake. Then we go and buy Boyd who is a 9/10 fullback when we have 2/10 in the halves. I think it's best to fill the gaps rather than go over the slabs of concrete so to speak.

I think our 2nd row depth is far better than our centre depth.
