How do you know he doesn't? Are you with him every minute of the day? I get so sick of hearing AOB does not address issues, we don't know that he doesn't. He strikes me as a man who is respectful and would give players a bollocking behind closed doors... and that is the way it should be, not out in the open for all to hear, misreport and exaggerate. Sometimes people are just brats... no matter how many times you address their behaviour.

I agree with you but I think what people want to see is AOB actually show a little bit of passion outside of his little box during a game. I know I want to see him come out and just show the fans that he cares and look I'm sure he really does there is no way he would be doing it if he didn't but I want to see it, everyone does.

I know he doesn’t because he doesn’t! I don’t need to be in the same hemisphere to see changes need to be made and week in week out they are not. Not a conspiracy when it’s fact.
 
So we have been through plenty of players and coaches. Equally there's fault in both camps. But doesn't that sound like there is problems higher up too

Well to put all the blame on that, you need to find out who's been at the club the longest and how much power they have if any at all. The players have changed, the coaching staff has changed, even the owners and board has changed multiple times since our last successful team. So there doesn't seem to be one set group that has overseen all this, it's just a failure of many different people for whatever reason and it's probably not one single reason either, there seems to be a million different things all working against each other to keep us down.

Yep, it’s been one top four finish in 22 years now (and even that was 18 years ago). I don’t know what it is but there certainly isn’t a culture of excellence at the club, and barely a culture of competence that lasts more than one season at a time.

I guess it would take a book the length of an encyclopedia to get to the bottom of it all, it must just be a combination of factors which lead to nobody there having a clue how to go about things or achieve success.

Just soft. No guts to this team. Looks like a bunch of under 6s out there. Just chuck it to the big or fast guy.

💯 and I wasn’t trying to correct you. But the only truth we’ll get from him will something that makes the squad and club look good. I think one time he got in a blue himself at the races. Not long after he joined. Seems to like the biff.
