I’m wondering if it’s Tyrone Thompson, I have recorded him as having a top 30 contact for 2026 but I googled him and I could not find any mention of a 2026 contact. I know he just has a supplementary list contract for 2025.

Teague has been added to the firstgrade profiles again. He has been in and out a few times.
He is the guy doing the business - 40 of 50 good tackles every week and does his job in attack.

God that seems like such a waste of potential. Maybe he wants to go over and make a name for himself.

Definitely has more NRL footy in him.

I don't think Mooney will happen simply because he's signed till the end of 2027 and the Raiders have absolutely nothing to gain by letting him leave. Maybe they let him walk for 2027 if he doesn't re-sign with them.

Absolutely! I’m a big fan of Mooney and he’s just sitting in ressies when he’d be a First Grader at most clubs.

Bring him home. I’m assuming he’s from Newcastle because, you know, he plays for Canberra.
 
Mooney was complaining about lack of game time last year but then still re-signed with them for 3 more years. The Raiders have the best forward depth of any club so he may not be the sharpest tool in the shed. Probably could’ve been playing first grade in half a dozen teams this year if he’d signed elsewhere
 
Jye Linnane also got released early from rest of his 2025 contract and is already in NZ continuing his rehab with warriors

He is saying he’d like to play NRL next year. He feels he still has a lot to offer as a player and a mentor.

Come on POS make it happen, it’s like he is waiting for us to call and offer a contract

Pluck a young 7 from somewhere obscure over the next couple seasons and lets enter a premiership window.
