Pretty concerning that Volkman looks way better than “Premiership winner” Cogger

Sharpe already looks far more dangerous than any of other half options ever have. Probably just needs to back himself a bit more. He’ll also look a lot better with KP outside him rather than Pryve who really seems clueless

He really didn’t play badly in 2024. The halves just always cop the blame when their team can’t keep anyone below 30.

I was thinking that, if we do run with Sharpe & Cogs, we have two massive targets for the opposition.

Cogger is the worst half defensively in the comp, seen enough of him for past 2 yrs.

Im not reading much into anything ive seen, no teams are defending multiple sets with the squads they are rolling out.. scoreline is a direct reflection of errors and possesion. Both teams makeshift edges look ordinary, had the posession and errors been flipped the scoreline probably is too

Cogger and Pryce are so far off it’s hard to watch

Pretty scratchy first half from both sides I thought, but Parramatta's halves are really good and took advantage when they got the possession at the end of the half. We squandered ours in the middle of the half, it has to be said. Sharpe looked dangerous and will improve but Cogger doesn't look great at all.

Liked Frizell at 13! KPP looking dangerous out side too. Marzhew with some nice touches and looks about 1000 times fitter than this time last year.
