Update: despite putting it through manually they sent me the standard membership pack, and not the backpack I was trying to order.

Most depressing sporting club on the planet, I swear ...

definitely hit them up about it, i got one and it’s actually a decent bit of kit it’s become my new fishing bag. Seems to have some waterproofing etc

Thanks for the info, was debating whether to email them or not, but if it's decent quality then it's worth pursuing!

My sister pays for my mothers membership for Christmas each year, also they pay for a nephew to go as well.

They phoned the club and cancelled the nephew's membership, when the membership packs turned up they had cancelled my mothers membership instead.

Haha well it is only $30 after all, can’t expect to go hiking across the South Pole in it.

i went with the members scarfs for both my memberships. I dont think they were an option last year.
Id much rather actual store credit instead of limited member options as i buy a club polo most years.
