I dont think we have been that good, england just continue to beat themselves. Great battle that last 10 overs though. Thats test cricket

Australia said hold my beer we can be worse. This batting is why I put money on England to win the series. And if Stark doesn’t get any help I think they will do it comfortably.

England have bowled very well. Australia were unsettled because Khawaja was unable to open.

Exactly. Unfortunately Father Time has been coming for our boys for a few years, but we don’t have players knocking the door down to replace them.

England’s bowling and field placements have been excellent and they seem to have a good bowling plan for all our batsmen.
Australia has been put under a lot of pressure by the old enemy atm.
 
All the jeers and now all the booooooooooooooooooo. These guys been playing cricket their whole lives and dish up that rubbish? 🤦‍♂️
 
Nice to see a competitive first day of the Ashes, makes a difference from the usual walkover!
 
Just dropping into this chat to celebrate Test cricket. The best form of the game. No other form offers the same sense of changing momentum where a team can wrestle back control after seemingly being dead and buried. Long may it continue!
