Article about Temple Kalepo.
Says he is now our back-up hooker.
Says he tore his hamstring off the bone this time last year, spent 6 months re-habing and found the operation needed to be repeated and he had to do it all again.
Now back in training.

I actually forgot about Temple. I was keen to see what he could bring last year but unfortunately that didn't happen for him or us.
Maybe 2023 is his year, maybe it's even our's. Gotta be optimistic right?!
I for one will just be happy with an improvement in effort and consistency. I don't expect miracles, just improvement and an obvious sense of teamwork.

Yeah Marzhew would by no means be guaranteed of a starting spot. It’d take more to get him than a back up hooker if he was that good. It’s a punt on a guy with much higher upside than the likes of Tuala and Hunt.

As much as he doesn't hold a candle let alone a match next to the likes of Brailey I really hope this doesn't come back and bite us In our ***.

Losing Randall will never bite us in the *** unless Mann, Crossland and Kalepo all go down with injuries at the same time. And at that point it would just be bad luck, Randall is no loss.

Slade Griffin was an absolute gun, one of the best defensive techniques I've seen and his service from the ground was excellent. Shame when he went down.

Losing Randall will never bite us in the *** unless Mann, Crossland and Kalepo all go down with injuries at the same time. And at that point it would just be bad luck, Randall is no loss.

Even with those 3 available, I still rate the odds of all them getting Injured as pretty high.

That and Randall has a bigger engine than the rest of them than Phoenix and Mann, not to sure about Kalepo though.

Yep I remember him. Wholeheartedly agree. Career ending injury from memory.
