2020 Player Rumours and Signings

Gotta be a massive * put beside their one and only premiership. Salary cap rorting the year before and after the premiership year as well as many doping sagas over the years.
 
It's individual at this stage, probably just a ****ing idiot kid who thought he could get away with it. The Sharks would have completely different players & staff now & you'd think would be keeping their noses as clean as possible after the sagas, seems a bit unfair to make this a Sharks hating thing.
 
When their fans and journos like Buzz (who lets everyone know he’s a sharks fan at every opportunity) are in denial of their known cheating as well as allowing a known cheat in Flanagan to coach the team years afterwards it’s absolutely easy to dislike them.

Just like how people disliked the storm for ages for their salary cap cheating and dangerous tackling.

I’m not talking about just this one instance. They have been found guilty of being over the cap in 2015 and 2017 but magically not in 2016. They’ve gone through a systemic doping scheme and now one individual has been caught on the gear.

In total I don’t see how any fan can seriously believe they weren’t cheating in some degree during their premiership year.
 
I don't agree with Gallan often, but taking a sample 6 months ago and releasing the result at the worst possible time for the game does stink to high heaven. They'd have known about this for months. It must be about them getting as much publicity for themselves as possible.

I thought that too, but in saying that if it’s a run of a mill test, not sure exactly how many they do, it could have been months before they processed it, especially with the virus.

different if they had drum he was cheating then they would prioritise it I suppose. What benefit do ASADA get by gaining publicity?

Exactly what I thought. Unless it's less about publicity and more about individual/collective agendas of ASADA against the NRL (and perhaps other sports). I generally don't buy into conspiracies but it might explain the timing, which really couldn't have been worse for the NRL.

Just like how the scummy media reported on the incident the involving Bulldogs a day before the season started, no different really.
 
What surprises me about the Sharkies is Gal's $700,000.00 payout last week to settle his suing them for 'giving' him the peptides without his full understanding.

Uncle Buzz kept quiet about that!!!!!
 
After last weekend's game think he was pretty lucky Mary took him on again. Terrible under the high ball and you can just bet he will be the target in coming weeks.
