I'm gonna go with:

Broncos - Cowboys to make it a real challenge though.
Rabbitohs - A point fest with the Bunnies to just get over the Roosters.
Dragons - Dragons to play a typical grinding game.
Manly - Brett Stewart to have a blinder.
Eels - Warriors to have a shocker.
Raiders - Raiders to walk over the Sharks.
Panthers - Knights to be in it the whole game but just fall short.
Tigers - Golden point, Benji to kick the winner!

:D

Going to go with

Broncos
Roosters
Dragons
Manly
Eels
Raiders
Knights
Tigers

Hoping for a perfect round to begin the season hahah :P

I feel like the season just ended. This has flew so quickly.

I was adjusting to off-season after the GF which didnt take very long..but it has gone so quickly and i cant believe season starts again this week..unbelievable.

Broncos
Roosters
Dragons
Manly
Warriors
Raiders
Knights
Tigers

Manly I think will be the upset of the weekend. Melbourne will struggle without Inglis just like we used to struggle without Andrew Johns plus White & Hoffman are always big loses.

Exact same picks :) Hard ones to pick from imo were Eels, Rabbits and Dogs.

How bloody exciting! It's all starting up again for another year. Round 1 is always about a bit of luck on the tipping front. Fingers crossed, i went with a couple of 'upsets'.

Hard to cut Maloney & Seymour who are a decent combo.

What about the Warriors left out Inu.

Fair enough, he did nothing in the trial against the Knights and still looks disinterested.

Yeah thats a good point, and there is no way they would get rid of Luck at lock either.
has he ever played second row before though??? Then again it wouldnt be much different to lock?
I thought the would have picked Inu for sure.

Warriors name mateo at second row

Barely any differece between second row, five eighth and lock these days. Especially for a player like Mateo who no matter where you put him, he won't be changing his playing style.

It shouldn't come as a suprise that he is playing there, he has played in the second row before.
