yeah nz were disapointing but without bond there bowling attack is weak and there top order is shaky i could bat better than jaime how did in the first game

How did do particularly well in the one dayers against South Africa though,so it's not like he's a totally useless batsman.

James we should satart an anti Bracewell movement in NZ! Get rid of him!

My boss gave me a Black Caps calander for xmas today, hes seriously trying to take the **** out of me!

I think there already is one, I've seen plenty saying he should be sacked in the papers, for a long time!

Ooh, Black Caps calender, lucky you. \:D/

Australia vs India @ MCG- Day One

Australia 9/337

Hayden 124
Jaques 66
Symonds 35

India Bowling

Kumble 5/84 (25)
Khan 3/93 (22)

I must say I am very imressed with the Indians and how aggressive they have played today. After losing the Toss, India had bad luck all morning and had the Aussies at 0-135. People were talking of a record breaking High Team score total.

Only downer for India was there poor fielding, poor throws thoughout and easy misfields. No Doubt though Australia have a fight tomorrow with Johnson & Clark to put on a few runs then join with Lee, Hogg & Symonds to try and bowl out India.

Stay Tuned!

I thought India's aggressiveness wouldn't get them anywhere, but they played well today. They didn't let Ponting or Hussey get a start, which was important cause it could've been a whole different story otherwise.
Still a decent score, but I think we need to bat for near a session tomorrow and build the lead up, and also use some more time up.

I went to bed just as coverage was starting. I won't stay up to watch Eng play Sri Lanka so I'm not staying up to see Aus v India!! LOL

We're watching the football now - Portsmouth vs Arsenal. I know this is a cricket thread but cricket, RL, and all other sports are shunted aside for the football (soccer, sorry). Even rugby union gets better coverage than RL here. It's a scandal!!! Just 'cause the rah-rah lovers in the South of England have a greater say in the running of the papers based in London. I tell you, it grips my s***!!!

Last wicket though.... although the tail enders were hitting alot of fours. I think they wont last more than a few overs. I want to see how the Aussie ballers reply.

Im loving this game. Aust are pretty much killing India now! Yusssss I would hate to see the Indians win. Hope the Aussies break their most test wins...

Poor reply, I was walking into the shops when I saw they were 7 down. Its a shame, but the Aussies are going to need to bat for at least 2 days now. They cant give India enough time to chase down because they might just do that. Need a 550+ Lead I reckon, Sri Lanka almost chased it down last Test Match so no reason why India cant.

Brett Lee- 250+ Wickets :)

400s enough but obviously they will go for more, the wicket has slowed down heaps, its barely carrying through to the keepers. Batting last will be very tough for India. Aus have this game in the bag.

Aus 3576, rest of the world nil.

Another of my problems with cricket these days, Aus too good, makes it quite boring for everyone else.

australia cruising to another easy victory india batting yesterday was poor tendulkar looked in good touch though until he played on
