Both hits were pretty much exactly the same. If Rochow's hit on Hayne came first and wasn't penalised, I wouldn't have expected the hit on Cronk to be either, and vice versa as it were. I'm just saying you can't let one thing go against one team yet call it later in the game against the other...

Where did you get these numbers from? I know for a fact that the Steelers are over the cap atm and are trying to free up some cap space by re-negotiating player contracts and what not.

Happened in the first half and was probably a bigger hit then the one put on Hayne and was just as late and obvious. The point I'm making is either they're both penalties or neither are penalties. When the exact same incident occurs twice in one game and one gets penalised and the other one...

Same exact thing happened to Cronk earlier in the game and it wasn't pulled up. There's no consistency there what so ever. If the hit on Cronk wasn't a penalty, his hit on Hayne wasn't a penalty either.

For those who missed tonights game... Rochow entered the game around the 55th minute mark and appeared to be playing lock or front row. Either way he was playing tight in the middle third of the field. Didn't notice him on the field the last 10 or so minutes so assume he was taken off around...

We did have three but to be fair he did say "fully recognised". Taufua's played all over the forward pack and Tetevano only made his debut last week and was a backrower in Toyota Cup turned front rower in NSW Cup. Not necessarily "recognised" front rowers.

Only mentioned it because it's a Ciraldo thread and people were talking about his performance today. I agree, he just doesn't offer a whole lot.

Tetevano was slow coming across from the inside, but Prince was Ciraldo's man and because he was sliding and wasn't sqaure with him he got turned inside out and didn't make much of an effort to even get a hand on him. Was made to look lazy and he probably was. Either way it was really poor...

As has already been said, the 50 points was nice but letting in 20 was disappointing. The +30 for and against is good though. I'll take that.

A couple of things: - Ran a great line and hit a really nice hole on the try he scored. Was all him IMO. - Was to blame for the Prince try. Looked very lazy.

Not saying he will but sometime's players just need a kick up the *** or even just a change of scenery for them to start performing and working hard. Not that it should have to happen and not every player responds to it and see's it as a real wake up call but there's certainly instances of it...
