-Mercurial Brisbane skipper Darren Lockyer is reportedly considering a shift to the Super League as he rounds out his illustrious career.
British news site Telegraph.co.uk has revealed UK club Hull KR is interested in Lockyer, 31, and will target him when his contract expires at the end of 2009.
Rovers coach Justin Morgan has made Lockyer aware of the club's intentions, but won't be tabling any offers unless Lockyer makes the first move.
"We'd like to take our interest further but the ball's now in Darren's court," said Morgan.
Michael Dobson > Hull FC
Matt Cooper > Newcastle maybe
The only postition i think we should look at is Hookers at the moment guys  maybe another experienced front rower aswell...
Michael Dobson > Hull FC
I'm not surprised that Dobson would be coming back to SuperLeague. He went down a storm at Wigan and was very highly regarded throughout the competition.
The Dogs should be able to buy anyone i would of thought. They have SBW and thats about it, i cant think of any other player that would be on big money. If hazem is then they're wasting their money.
Willie Tonga is although he is leaving at the end of the season. After losing O'Meley, Mason, Sherwin, Tonga all in the last year we should have some big bucks to throw around at star players.
