Yeah i tried on and off for few hours whilst watching wallabies. Got lucky and actually got two tickets behind the southern posts to checkout. Had some people advise me Knights will be southern end so hopefully true. Keep trying into the night, you'll get some as people go to bed and penrith and dolphin fans keep posting them.

Just looked at the last five results against the Roosters. All close games but all loses.

I’m getting ‘97 vibes from this. Remember Matty Johns saying they always came up short against that Manley team until that one fateful day when the other Johns went down the blind side…..!

Don’t think you could find a Grand Final between two sides with two more contrasting finals campaigns. We’ve been in certainly two very intense battles, and played every week. Roosters have had a first week walkover, and rest and then a GF qualifier that they ran away with pretty easily in the end. And not forgetting the Roosters also rested a lot of players in the final round.

Roosters should have plenty of petrol in the tank, but we should be extremely battle hardened. Not sure which will work out best, but if it gets down to a nail biter, it might just favour us.

Nearly 3am here in Perth and I'm still buzzing. Can't sleep. I was going to wait until I secured a ticket to the GF before booking flights, but since I'm awake, I've just booked them! Hope I can wake up in a few hours and get a ticket..! It's a long, expensive way to go just to watch the game on TV..!
 
There was a famous quote from 20 year old prop Josh Perry after the 2001 grandfinal that went something like people said he wasn't good enough, but now he has won a grandfinal.

Perry was part of a forward pack that included some greats of the game like Simpson, Kennedy, Peden and Parsons at their peak, and older guys like Marquet and Grief who wound the clock back and produced quality performances.

Well Perry had about the same experience as Jermaine McEwen and way more than Crouch, Hopwood, Manuleleua and Cant, who only have old pro Frizz, journeyman Croker and returning from injury Lucas to add experience.

The point being, McEwen, Manuleleua, Hopwood and Crouch more than holding their own against the all-star packs of the Warriors, Panthers and hopefully Roosters is pretty much a miracle.

POS said he would stake his reputation on our middles rotation this year. I reckon it has been enhanced. I had the highest of hopes for Hopwood that I have had in any junior of the last 20 years but thought he'd be doing what he is doing now in three or four years.
 
I think back on watching the Cowboys in 2015? When they made the GF but every game they were more bashed up, more injuries. They could barely field a team in the GF. They rolled over

I dont see us doing that, we may (will) loose phoenix. But the team still looks eager and willing, pretty healthy.

1 more game and this team can go down in the history books!
