NRL Round 18 - Knights Vs Dolphins - 4:05pm Sunday, 5th of July - McDonald Jones Stadium

So many positives from that half. On an individual level:

- Hunt is an athlete and an NRL player everyday of the week! Star performer in that half
- Sandon is great and really fits in well with Dylbags. Much improved defense
- McKewen looks like this is his 7th straight season of first grade. So powerful and aggressive
- Lucus leg cadence is mental. It’s like someone has wound him up and he takes off when he gets the ball at the line!

The old fella’s need to stop overplaying their hand. Always an error forcing the play. And f me I hope JSaf isn’t too bad and only has a couple of weeks out. What a loss.

Keep the D up boys and we win this

I said it in another thread. The range of his performance within a single game is 10/10 moments and 1/10 moments.

He just needs to get some consistency and minimise his errors and he’s very good.
Rubbish he attacks the ball to try and win the game. There are no 1/10 games that is just rubbish. Leave the kid alone he is 20 years old and shows a chance at a great future.

Chill out.

I’m not on the Hunt hate bandwagon. I usually advocate for his development and see a future for him here at the Knights.

He’s capable of some poor errors that he will hopefully minimise from his game the more he plays. As you say, he’s 20, he’s going to get better.

Doesn’t change that he can be error prone, he made 9 in reserve grade last week. You can’t ignore the errors and poor side of his game and only celebrate the good moments.

He’s having a great game today and he always gives 110%.
