It starts with the coach getting the players to believe in he's coaching game plan 5 years to get them believing in that, something he hasn't been able to do
We have had him for 5 years and it's clear as day we have reached the ceiling under he's guidance, the only difference to previous years and this year under AOB is this year he hasn't got the magical dally m type run from ponga
I agree the culture is pathetic,lazy and non winners mentality but that's the coaches job to get that happening....

5 years is hardly chopping and changing
5 years is also plenty of time to get a group of players to believe in the game plan, you keep implementing each year, it's also enough time to make the correct adjustments to that game plan if it ain't working
 
I don’t like to blame refs, that lead up was something else though. 3 time defending premiers vs a Knights team that’s a coin flip for deserving the spoon, I don’t think Penrith need a leg up
