I also don’t care he got picked over Gagai, Shibasaki wouldn’t get a game over Gagai or Best here. Hard to lament him moving on.
Yeah I don’t get what people are getting worked up about. He’d be playing NSW Cup here lol.

I think Mooney and Saulo would be great additions to our forward roster for next year.Oh, that’s right we swapped Jones for Crouch.
So after letting Saulo go to Canberra, we decided we wanted him back.
Don’t think anything has been announced yet. Regardless I like the other guys.Didn’t Bullemore just resign for 4 years with Manly?
Any two of those would be great signings. I’ve always thought Mariota has another level in him, he just doesn’t have a huge role with that stacked Raiders pack. Joliffe would be a very consistent starting calibre prop, Kerr and bullemore would be great impact forwards.Yeah would have to break co tract, which is t a shock but being top of ladder and Papai ’li leaving opportunity arises.
Of the off contract forwards still I’d like to get Joliffe/kerr/Mariota/ Bullemore
The Jones transfer did in fact go through according to the Telegraph.
Also from the Telegraph's recap of the June 30 deadline: "A host of clubs including the Knights inquired about the prospect of landing Canberra forwards Trey Mooney and Pasami Saulo. Canberra had no interest in letting either player go mid-year."
Zero tackle seems to be suggesting here that Trey Mooney (who is only 23) is on the up with the Raiders and will likely see more game time with Papi moving on next season. He's signed until 2027, according to this, so Mooney seems unlikely. Saulo might be more of a chance in the off-season.

Teagues a bit small. I think he ends up in SLBetting they keep Mason Teague. So he could be one.
Edit: Although haven't they signed Peter Hola for 2026? So, likely he's 26. Teague getting re-signed might depend on whether Friz stays.
Wondering if POS keeps the finals spots open for as long as possible to see what eventuates.
